LoReNa - LOCAL, REGIONAL, SUSTAINABLE

Would you like to support your local toy shop, but ordering online is simply more convenient and faster right now? As a retailer or restaurateur, would you like to bring people back to you after the pandemic-related restrictions, but you have the feeling that many customers have migrated to the internet? The LoReNa project addresses precisely this dichotomy between desire and reality.

Local e-commerce for regional offers

LoReNa stands for Local-Regional-Sustainable and is an inter-municipal project that is being implemented as part of the Heimat 2.0 pilot project. Nine municipalities from the districts of Coesfeld and Warendorf have joined forces to strengthen the regional supply structures of the project region by creating regional online offerings for retailers, service providers and consumers. The project aims to give citizens from the districts of Warendorf and Coesfeld the opportunity to find out about local retailers and their product portfolios from the comfort of their own homes. In this way, both well-known and previously unknown providers can be discovered both online and offline.

The offers

Producers and retailers

In future, it will be possible to buy goods from the local farm shop, the local toy retailer or the household goods shop in the neighbouring village.

Catering and services

Restaurateurs can publish their menu or release tables for reservation. It is also possible to book courses with service providers or book a Click & Collect appointment.

Discover the local diversity digitally

Producers and retailers should be able to dovetail online and local sales. This will make it visible to a wider audience how many great and unusual goods and services there are in our home region.

Sie möchten mit Ihrem Unternehmen am Projekt teilnehmen?

Initially, the project will support interested suppliers of goods from the non-food, catering and service sectors in entering the online market.

There will be separate events for food suppliers due to the special requirements for delivery logistics.
